Can you micro wave the small reds ?

I do not like mountain king potatoes. If I can help it I will not buy them. I can start to boil and they are hard. Five minutes later they can turn to mush and don’t try to tell me it isn’t mountain king. The minute I get a bag and start to peel them I know immediately they are mountain king even if bagged under another name. They won’t even turn brown if you peel and just lay on cabinet over night. These are modafied potatoes somehow

What is the nutritional information for this product specifically?

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply.
We only use the general nutritional information supplied by the potato board. The nutritional values of potatoes change throughout the life span, from new crop (just harvested) to storage crop (after prolonged cold storage).
At one point I was pushing for customized nutritional panels for all of our products, but every time I have sent potatoes to the lab for analysis, I got slightly different values. In the end, we decided it was safer to use approved panels.

I find in the grocery store that “baby reds” are medium to large. I’m looking for a true baby.

Best way to store them, fridge, or cool dry place?

The best way to store potatoes is a cool dry place. The refrigerator will turn the starch into sugar.
