Can I get the nutrition breakdown of these?

Hi Tonya,

you can find the nutrition panel for potatoes here: https://potatoesusa.com/marketing/nutrition/

After purchasing at my grocery store, what is the shelf life of a bag of small potatoes medley? Should they be refrigerated or not? Thanks

Hi Kathy,

It really depends on where and how you store them. Ideal is cool and dark. Refrigerator is not recommended as the cold temperature will turn the starch into sugar.
Unless they are very soft or green, the potatoes will still be ok to eat. If they are green, you can still use the, just cut away the green part.

Thanks,

Andreas

I’d like a recipe for the baby medley especially a recipe that I could use them in my air fryer… Is there such a recipe please

Hi Sara,
Sorry for the late reply, but here is a recipe everyone here loves:
Air Fryer Parmesan Potatoes
• 1 1/2 pounds unpeeled MountainKing Baby potatoes, cut in half
• 3 tbsp of olive oil
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup Parmesan
• 1/3 tsp paprika
Directions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 375F.
2. Place potato halves in a large bowl, and drizzle with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, and seasoning. Mix until potatoes are well coated.
3. Place potatoes in air fryer and cook at 375°F for 15 minutes, shaking or flipping at 7 minutes, continue until golden brown and crisp.
4. Serve while hot and enjoy!

Thanks,

Andreas
